Do you think crying is a sign of weakness or strength?

Hello Wild Ones,

I hope you are well and surviving. I am still on a writing marathon to finish all my challenges before my birthday. Let’s get to it!!!

Do you think crying is a sign of weakness or strength?

Crying is never a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. Crying is allowing yourself to be vulnerable to yourself and others. Reaching to a point of acceptance on whatever pain or obstacle you have to accept is never easy. It takes a lot of courage to admit things are wrong especially if you are wrong or you trying to keep everything together. Crying is for the strong who have been holding even when it didn’t make sense. Crying is a sign of strength

So do you think crying is a sign of weakness or strength?

    Definitely strength.
There is a hidden strength that is found when you are bold enough to cry. Few of understand that heavy hearts like heavy clouds in the sky are best relieved by the letting off a little water, so let some rain.

I don’t think it’s either one. I believe it’s a natural way for the body to relieve itself of stress. No matter it be trauma, heart-ache or loss of a loved one, the more you hold in that stress, the more physically and mentally ill your mind and body become.
